Locus stops on Xaiomi ( again )

With "Battery Saver = No Restrictions" I think Xaiomi is killing Locus EXCEPT when I turn the screen off with Locus in the forground.

Currently Locus 3.50.1 , MIUI Global 12.0.8 on a Poco X3 NFC

Locus is running as a daemon

Locus stops recording. I start it from an icon, normal boot sequence and typically the recording is paused. This has been an ongoing feature for a while & across several Xaiomi phones.

I do whatever else I do with the phone, music , photos , news feeds, whatever.

If I flip to Locus before turning the screen off, Locus is stable, all day.

I open the phone, Locus is in the forground & still recording.

I don't believe Locus stability on Xaiomi has anything to do with you, its Xaiomi.
