Unable to add custom (external) theme

Hi,
I set up my Locus Pro years ago but when I tried to do the same on another phone for some reason I cannot add custom themes (I use external offline maps and also a theme showing hike routes in Hungary).
The screenshot below (under "Map Themes") is from my phone, but my friend's does not have any icons that could be used to browse for external themes.
Should not there be an icon in the highlighted area so a theme can be imported?

Hello Ádám,
Icons will appear in map / external themes only after uploading to Locus / mapsVector / themes and then launching them.
If you have no theme downloaded, the icon is not displayed there.
