Neotreks map "access denied"

Just transferred my maps, tracks and points to my new phone and all is working great - except for my Neotreks Mt. Rainier map. When trying to open it I get a blank page with the message "access denied". How can I access this map? Thanks!

Hello,
please open Menu > Store > right account panel and login with the same account you used to use on the old phone. After that return back to the map screen and select any Neotreks map.
