Live tracking status edit from chat button

Ive just got gold locus4
and so ive created a private group for live tracking
I notice theres now a live chat box in the top left
However these messages dont appear on the web view the live tracking
What would be good is from the chat box top left if we could update status on that same screen,
as status update is related to chats, as messaging apps like telegram do
Also it would be great if we could update the live tracking staus via an intent ( for use with tasker)
this would be great for making a check in shortcut with tasker....

Chat functionality is not implemented for the web view. It would be nice to have a private chat - visible only for logged in users, and a public one - for example for spectators.
