Errore 14199 - Cloud Synchronization

Hi, yesterday i bought new Locus 4, and set all my account, in the phone (Samsung A50) and in the webpage, but when i start to upload any data from phone to webpage, Locus send me the message below...

Hi guys, this morning I solved my problem:

After a total backup, I removed all point from database and launch Cloud Sync.

After that, I load in Locus 4 all point removed.
