Send points and routes to Garmin

Hi, I'm using Garmin devices (Fenix watch and Inreach Mini) as a backup for Locus on my phone. If I create a new point or a new route in Locus is there a way to send this to either the device directly or to the Garmin Explore or Earthmate apps?

you can directly import route from Locus Map to your Fenix watch via Locus Map for Garmin addon/app.
For other devices you can share route as GPX from Locus Map and push it to Garmin apps like Garmin Connect or Garmin Explore.
