Missing "Spoiler"-tab in geocaching view

Hello,

is the support for the "Spoiler"-tab in the geocaching view removed from Locus 3.50.x Pro and 4.x Gold?

In earlier versions of Locus Pro there was a "Spoiler"-tab in geocaching view visible, when there is a correspondig "<GCCode>.html"-file in a subfolder of "/Locus/data/geocaching/"

Now there is only "Allgemein", "Listing", "Wegpunkte", "Logs" and "Anhang" visible. "Spoiler" is no longer there although there is a "<GCCode>.html"-file in the corresponding subfolder of "/Locus/data/geocaching/".

open listing > next click top right button > there you´ll find hint "Hinweis" and spoiler photos "Bilder"

Hi balloni55,

"Bilder" is missing in the mentioned menu. Only "Hinweis" is present. I guess I have to use "GC Offlinizer" to get the pictures. But the offlinizer does not download any picture, do not know why.

The advantage of the old solution for me is that the "Spoiler"-tab showes the content of the "GCCode>.html" file as an ordinary html-file. I am filling this file with links to spoiler fotos but also with other information, like the way how to get the solution for mysteries, hints, .... in text form. The "Spoiler"-tab was therefore able to show any information present in the html-file, not only pictures.

thanks for your "bug-report". I just recently did some performance optimization that should affect also this feature.

I'm just trying it and seems that a minor issue happened, sorry.

Will be fixed in the next Locus Map Pro/Locus Map 4 version.

thanks for the info. I already thought this feature is no longer available in LM 3.x or LM 4.x. Good to know that it is coming back.

thanks for implementing "Spoiler"-Tab back again in LM 4.0.2.4 beta in new geocaching screen.

Even old geocaching screen is now available in LM 4.0.2.4 beta including "Spoiler"-Tab..

Hello,

perfect, thanks for the quick test. The old screen is visible only in Beta versions for testing reasons and validation that all features work as before. In the final 4.1 version, it won't be available.

menion, when can we expect this to be fixed in the 3.x pro version?

i prepared all the offline stuff i need while travelling as html under the data/geocaching folder before leaving, but now recognize that i cannot access it at all as my device has updated from 3.50.1 to 3.51.3 short before leaving.

I'm not aware of any problem in 3x version! You do not see a "Spoiler" tab even you have html page named by the "cache_code.html" in the data/geocaching or data/geocaching/any directory?

menion, yes, i have a locus installation with 3.51.3 on my active device and 3.50.1 on old one used as backup device.

i have the same data structure under data/geocaching/any/ with cache_code.html.

on the backup device, i.e. 3.50.1, i see the spoiler tab and it works fine.

on the active device with 3.51.3, there is no spoiler tab.

i always used the active device in the last months and never had such issues. i recognized that it updated locus a few days ago...so it looks like the issue has something to do with the locus version.

Ah. I was fixing one minor issue few days ago, so I believe it will fix also possible problem you have. New version will be most probably published this week. Let me please know after update if it works correctly. Thanks.
