Locus Map 4 and Brouter
Closed
I Downloaded Brouter to use navigation offline with Locus Map 4 (free version)
I changed the LocusMap navigation parameters to "Brouter"
But then navigation is not possible (online neither offline).
May you help me please
* Excuse me for my bad english
Hello Thé,
Please try to completely uninstall BRouter, delete its folder, reinstall, load fresh data.
Navigation does not work for you even if you use an online router - eg GraphHopper?
Does it write you an error message?
In the case of a Gold subscription, you have the option of using the built-in LoRouter.
Thank you for the clarification.
Have a nice day
Andrea

Hello Andrea,
thanks for trying to hlp me
I already tried to uninstall, then navigation online works.
I installed Brouter once again, It doesn't qork anymore.
I have a short message at the bottom of the screen in an orange frame saying "T : cannot connect to service" and then it writes "en cours" and nothing more.
It is the free version of locus map 4
Thank you

Hello Thé,
BRouter does not seem to have downloaded the trace data completely for the entire territory in which you are planning a route.
Therefore, open BRouter> Download manager> select the square containing your area of interest and download it.
You can find more about using BRouter in Locus at this link on our website.

Hello Andréa,
I did this, and I even downloaded the next area as I live at the limit of the square.
Never mind, I will try not to use it offline
Thank you very much

Hi Thé,
the "T : cannot connect to service" is most often displayed when BRouter is battery optimized. Please exclude it from battery optimization as well as Locus Map (more at https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:gps_lost_fix_android6)
regards
Michal, Locus team
