Moving Locus to another phone or tablet

i changed my Phone, how can i get the Locus map pro App to my new phone ,from play store without paying again

Your Locus Map Pro license has no time limit, you can use it for as long as you want on any number of devices.
The only condition is to install with the same Google Account on which it was purchased.
Add the Google Account you used to purchase Locus Pro to your new phone.
Install Locus Map Pro from the Google Play Store.
If you need to safely move Locus Map, its settings and all the data you use - maps, routes and points - to your new device.
