Can't save a planned route to library on web planner

How do I sync mobile with web in order to save routes in the web planner?
Keep getting message after clicking save:
Sorry, can't save the route into an empty library. Sync it first with Locus Map on your mobile and try again.
Can't find any sync triggering option nor on mobile nor on web.

Open Locus Track manager > click the sync button in the top panel > confirm manual sync (Premium Gold subscription required)
