My registration only works for the help desk.
On the locus map I only get the message: "user not found"
Do I need to have another one for locus maps on a Win10 PC?
Could not find a link to make this other registration.

When do you receive an error message?
Did you use the same email you use in the Locus Store?
Alternatively, write me what email you use to sign in.
If you want I can change this Ticket to private.
