On my Huawei P20 the Routerecording - LM Pro works without any problem, but LM 4 doesn't work with same system settings. What extra settings are required, to make it going?

Hi!

The route recording stops when the smartphone gets locked, despite the option, "Run as service" has been turned on. On the same device, using the same settings, LM 3 runs without interruption.

please get Locus Map 4 permission for all-time access to location and exclude Locus from all means of battery optimization so that the app can run in the background. Hello. For me it doesn't work. I have the same settings and cellphone.

LM3 pro is fine. But with LM4 I lose the Gps signal every time the display go's off.

That's what I've done. I know the problems with huawei cell phone and his energy optimization. I use the same settings in LM3 and there are no problems.

We are sorry but so far we can't come up with any solution. The error is not general - only a few users reported it and our instructions on excluding Locus from battery optimization and allowing background access to location has so far always helped.

as of today, we are registering 4 697 Huawei P20 with Locus Map 4 active installation. Only 3-4 users of them have reported these problems. When we recommended the bellow mentioned measures, they never returned with a no-apply result. So perhaps you could revise your settings again... Otherwise, I'm really sorry, I can't help you.
