I currently have a free locus, I am still testing the product. I changed cell phone brand but the number is always 3285936536, in the app transfer I lost the offline map of northern italy. Is it possible to install it again?

Is this a LoMap?
You can download all purchased LoMaps for free from Locus Store.
Go to Menu> Store> open the right pane of the account and sign in with the account you used before.
Then find the previously used map and click the download button. You can download the map in the version you purchased, but updating to the latest version is charged (like any update).
