Problem with using GOLD on two devices

Solved

I signed gold and tried to use it on 2 different devices with the same account.

  • Smartphone abo works
  • Tablet Application is not in Gold, adverts are visible.


I removed the app from the tablet and reinstalled it, jus to test if this works. Nothing changed.

Is there somewhere a function to update the app to the current state?


In GoogleStore shows the Gold Abo and it shows that the app is installed on two devices.

Hello Peter,

I will first ask you to verify that you are using the same accounts in the Locus Store.

Go to Menu > Locus Store > right accont panel > your email

Do you see the same email address?
