GDPR confirmation

Hello


When planning on the website and want to save route, I get this notification:

"As we provide this service from the EU we need your consent with the GDPR. Please, confirm it in the Locus Map mobile app."

I don't find where should I confirm it in Locus Map Pro app

Hello Roie,

Currently you can only do this from the Locus Map application.

Just use the latest version of Locus Map 4 or Locus Map Pro and log in to the Locus Store. The confirmation dialog should appear automatically.

What do you mean by "do this from LM app"? I asked about the saving option on your website. When I trying to save, I get the announcement I wrote you.

Should I save routes only from the apps? (I have the Pro ver)

Hello Roie,

GDPR's approval is confirmed in the Locus Store.

Please try logging in and then logging out of the Locus Store. Go to Menu> Store> right account panel>

Change account> Login again with the same account.

It should help.

If I'm subscribing to the premium gold but monthly paying (not annual), and stop it after a while and then return again to monthly subscribing, does all my data which I was saved in your cloud will stay there?

Hello Roie,

Yes, your data will remain in the cloud even after your subscription is suspended.

In addition, they will remain on your mobile.
