This problem is usually caused by using Xiaomi.
Remove Locus from system dark mode and use only Locus dark mode.

Unfortunately, this is due to the aggressive behavior of the system dark mode of the MIUI superstructure in Xiomi phones.
Exclude Locus Map from the system dark mode and all will be OK.

You need to exclude Locus from system dark mode in the list of third-party applications. Unfortunately, none of my colleagues use Xiaomi.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with your icons - that's not Locus' problem.
If you want to use dark mode, then everything is dark, including the background of the icon list.
There was no dark mod in Locus Pro - it is only new in LM4.
