Dear Sirs,
I have just paid for a Gold subscription only to find out that I will have to pay for individual UK OS maps!
I will only be using OS maps so unfortunately this app is no use to me.
Your website gives the impression that these maps come with the premium subscription - from The App tab at the top of screen on the website, scroll down to the images of maps where it clearly shows an image of Ordnance Survey maps. It did not say that OS maps are an extra charge
I have only had the app for 1 hour so has not been used.
Please issue a refund due to unclear advertising.

We apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, nowhere is it stated that OS maps are free.
We only mention this with LoMaps - which are free, including updates (Gold subscription only).
While reviewing your order on Google Play, I noticed that you have already been refunded.
So I'm closing the ticket.
