Problem mit Verzeichnis für 'export' at start of LM 4
Hi,
i have a little problem at starting LM 4. Sometimes, but not always, there ist a red messagebox saying 'Problem mit Verzeichnis für 'export' at the start of LM4.
What did I do:
(1.) Making a backup of my settings on my old Galaxy Note 4, running Android 6.0.1 Stock ROM. Not quite sure anymore but it maybe a backup of the latest Locus 3.x version. LM 4 could be possible too. I have installed both versions of LM.
(2.) Installing the backup of the settings in LM 4 on my new Galyxy Note 20 Ultra, running Android 11 Stock ROM.
(3.) Setting the standard folder to 'Private folder in internal memory' for LM 4 as recommended running Android 11.
(4.) Installing the addons 'Geocaching4Locus' and 'Locus - multi cache solver' for LM 4.
Maybe I restarted LM 4 a few times between the steps. I do not rember.
But since that I get the message 'Problem mit Verzeichnis für 'export' sometimes, not always, starting LM 4.
I already corrected the now invalid path for exported tracks. In the next step I will correct the path for exported waypoints too. I am expecting, this path maybe invalid too and might causes the problem.
But it might be a problem causes by the installed addons too. I. e. they might not be ready to discover / use the new 'Private folder in internal memory' of LM 4. Just a guess.
LM 4 itself seems to run normal after the message disapears. But a little insecurity remains.

just installed LM 4.3.3.
Problem still exist. Every 3rd or 4th start of LM 4 I get the messagebox ''Problem mit Verzeichnis für 'export''.
If I restart LM 4 immediately after the messagebox appears, the messagebox does not popup. But if I wait a little longer, lets say ovewr night or so, the messagebox appears at the 1st start of LM 4.

check in Settings > Misc > Default directories if the path to your export folder is valid. If not, fix it and restart the app.

Unfortunately within LM 4.3.3 in Settings > Misc > Default directories there are only 2 Buttons "Locus Ordner" and "Erweitert". In "Erweitert" there are only selections for 'backup/'-folder, 'mapsvector/'-folder and 'data/strm/' folder.
No 'external/' folder for selction available anymore.

use the "deprecated" version of the "default directories". It still works as it used to work.

No, that's our fault - the "new" default directories should have been named otherwise (and will be in the next versions) - this is too confusing
