I don't really understand why on the Locus WebPlanner site it is impossible to recover your password. Why isn't there this possibility?

I have a Gold subscription and have been a Locus user for many, many years. Currently, with a Beta tester status for the Android 4.4.3 application

Locus is an amazing app, but the staff should favor people with a subscription by providing quick help.

I have a ticket open, but for several days I have not had a response even though I have provided the information I was asked for!
