Privacy of my imported tracks with GPX

Dear Locus,
When I import a track in the app will my tracks then be saved somewhere and sent through to 3rd parties?
What is your privacy statement in this? The app looks really useful for me.

Hello Damiaan,
To your first question:
It depends on what version of the application you have.
If you have Locus Map Pro, everything stays on your phone and is not sent anywhere.
Likewise, when using the Locus Map Free version, Silver or Gold with auto sync turned off.
If you have LM4 with auto synchronization - the route will be sent to our cloud after import.
