How China mainland user buy subscription?

i am a china mainland user;
i want to buy pro subscription, however, i can not buy it via google play or amazon appstore(error code [unable to proceed…please update your Google play APP and try again dz,code:11361]
i have try many times (my google play app is the newest version);
can i do it via other way(paypal?)
