LoMaps shows only partial area

Dear Locus Team!
I have bought brand new Galaxy Tab S5e (Android 11) mainly for using Locus Maps. I installed Locus Map Pro (3.56.3) and copied my LoMaps from smartphone (where everything works perfect) to may tab s5e, and I have an issue displaying LoMaps. Until zoom is minimum at level as shown in P1.jpg everything is OK but another zoom in and another ... makes that only part of the map displays OK and rest has white background but on the white background POI`s display OK. I tried to reset configuration to default, copied again maps, changed map themes but without success the bug still exists.
I tried the same in fresh install Locus Map 4 but the problem is the same.
Any idea how to fix this problem?
