A tool to calculate the distance of gpx points from a recorded track?

I am looking for tool to calculate distance of waypoint from recorded track. On hobby competition we have e.g. 50 waypoints, that you need find by 10 to 50m accuracy. Need tool that give information of difference from accepted accuracy in recorded track. Also we need look overspeeds between some waypoints. Ladoga trophy Rusland is one that type competition.

Yes I can measure distance manualy with all 50 waypoints and e.g. 20 tracks, big work 50x20. I am looking for ready program that is doing measuring and giving results to exel type list.
