i tried to save a trak but app asled to login. I find registration only in support. I registered but in app system does not recognize my username/password.
May I register with e mail
that registration work for save trak
may I download maps?

I am not sure I understand what are you trying to do.
There is no need to be logged in to save the route.
Please can you describe your problem more?

I got the same problem. I tried for the first time to save a route. The app gave me the following message : Can't save the route when you're not logged in. Please log in and try it again.

Locus Web planner allows you only to export the track. The "save" function works only with the Gold subscription.
Do you have a Gold subscription in your phone app?

Thanks for the info. That's clear for me. I don't have a gold subscription in my phone app. Can I export the GPX file to the mobile app on my smartphone, or do I also need a silver or a gold subscription for this purpose ?

Thankyou very much for the info. I will use locus map only to browse and to see my position in area covered by mobile. I will continue with koomot for the tracks.
