Can't log into gold subscription

I have a gold subscription for Locus Map 4. I have had to reset my phone and install Locus again and now I don't have access to my gold subscription anymore. Whenever I try to access it, I see the following error message

Hello,
I think you are using a different account (email address) in Locus than the account you used when you bought Gold. Please open Menu > store > right account panel and try to change the account on previous one.
