How to avoid navigation signposts when I edit a track
I love LM Pro and have used it for years, just maybe not as intended. I never use navigation tools but prefer just an accurate track on the map. I can see when to turn left, I don’t need a panel to tell me! But now I’m planning a long 5-day hike and I have created each day’s tracks using the helpful auto feature that (mostly) follows hiking trails. Of course I then needed to make some track corrections to straighten out some deviations or to add some. I used the track edit tools successfully to correct the track, but after I’d finished I saw the track was littered with unwanted “signposts” that took me a lifetime to remove (each one required about 10 button presses to delete). I have tried to use the guide to avoid bothering you, but can’t see how to set a preference to NOT add these signposts, or to remove all in one step.
Your help would be hugely appreciated. Thank you
Hi David,
it's quite easy to hide those "signposts" from Locus settings >points&tracks:
