Locus has already done everything to implement. If they want hardware then they have to make it themselves and can eventually sell it in the store. Locus will not produce hardware. There are already different variants, all to build yourself.

Yes thanks for the response. I do not expect locus to make hardware. I simply wanted more people to know there are many easy solutions to this that don't require expensive carpe iter. This is an excellent feature. The one thing I would like is to be able to map a button on one of these cheap remotes to one click for way point with voice memo, then give an audible description then save maybe mapped to the same button. I have zoom, pan and recenter so I have a few buttons available just need the functions mapped in. That would be the end all for me.

You could implement your solution with Tasker. Locus works together with Tasker.
