Hello,

please, try these settings and let me know if it helps.

Open Locus settings > GPS&sensors:

  • Location filter > select medium or heavier filter
  • Google Services assisted location > turn it ON
  • Altitude manager > settings tab > SRTM data - select "Optimize GPS values" or "Replace GPS values"
  • Altitude manager > settings tab > Pressure sensor > turn ON (if available)
  • Altitude manager > settings tab > Altitude filter - select medium or heavier filter

Hi Zdenek

thks for your comment. unfortunately I am not able to set altitude manager aso, up to replace gps values because I;m already stopped at point srtm ( doesn't give access to more settings ie optimize gps values).sorry.

Regards.

René.

hi I could add that I don't get any more on the gps screen the horizontal line with the well known histogram.

Tnat means that the app is no more able to get a right and powerful enough signal from the satellites, which

seems pretty odd.

Hello,

these altitude settings aren't important, so if you have "Google services assisted location > ON", it is ok.

Please, check if you accidentally don't switch GPS off, or if you haven't switched Locus to external GPS.

I can't explain it but since yesterday app has been running properly. I guess updating by Huawei of their system ?

no matter essential is that app works!

thx for your attention.
