Merger tracks with gap

I'm not able to merge tracks with gap.
Even by deleting the flag the traces are joined by inserting the missing points

example: I want to merge two tracks that don't touch each other.
if you check or don't check the box "unire con parti mancanti", (see the screenshot attached), the resulting track is the same.

Maybe they attach their tracks. and then still attach the result. Everything as GPX. Then you can try.
