Hiking trails from offline map (Freizeitkarte) no longer displayed

Ronald van den Nieuwenhuizen shared this problem 2 years ago
Not a Problem

I am using Freizeitkarte DEU+NORD offline.

Since the beginning of this year hiking trails from Freizeitkarte are no longer displayed.

Normal roads are still displayed.

Before the beginning of this year trails were displayed normally.

Maybe I am a setting has changed .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For me it still works with Freizeitkarte.

Are you sure, the themes are stored in the rigth folder @ronald?

And have you activated the "Wanderrouten" in the theme settings?

Thanks for your response.

Until now I was not aware there was such a thing as a theme.

I looked at your screenshot and I can't locate themes in my version of Locus Map (4.9.0)

The date of my Freizeitkarte 2.7.2021.

Can you tell where I can find these themes?

Or is my map outdated?

Hi Ronald,

the themes are needed for a long time and also already with your 2021-07 version of the Freizeitkarte - this will not be the cause.

Maybe two questions:

1. which phone are you using and which OS version is installed (there have been far-reaching changes in memory allocation with Android 12, maybe your problem has something to do with that)?

2) How did you get the map to the phone: directly downloaded from the website to LOCUS (then the themes should have been installed automatically) or downloaded from the website to the PC and then copied to LOCUS (then you have to handle the themes separately and put them in the same folder as the map)?

I attach a few pictures that might help you ...

Best

Problem solved.

As it turns out I did have the themes associated with Freizeitkarte.

The one activated was the theme 'General' (Algemein).

Somehow this theme was activated at the expense of one of the other themes.

Maybe it was activated during an update of Locus Map, but in all likelihood I activated it by accident.

Once again: problem solved.

Thanks a lot.
