Solved

I want to go premium but it doesn't work. After I log in with Google, I agree to your terms and I confirm having read your policy and I click Continue. And here the process stops and I can click continue forever. No error message, nothing. Restarting your app and restarting my phone don't help

Same for me. I bought my phone (a Galaxy S22 Ultra) today, so its all brand new: Android 12 (jan 2022).

Same here, new phone Cat s62 pro, stuck on agree to terms page. Same happens in both 3 classic and 4.

I also tried to register with email, but its gmail, and it ask me to register with Google.

In a parallel thread the Locus team explained they had an error in their backend service, which should be fixed since a few hours. And in that thread someone confirmed it's working now.
