Trackpoint-info: add elevation gain/loss since start

Right now if clicking onto a track at a certain trackpoint, an info box opens with distance from start and to end, as well as elevation gain/loss to the end. What I miss is gain/loss of this point since the start of the track.
This would allow answering the question how many elevation gain/loss we have to complete to reach a peak somewhere in the middle of the track.

there are currently no future plans to improve GUI of the Locus Map Classic version.
This feature is already available in the Locus Map 4 where elevation gain is visible for the part before and after the selected point.
