Locus map Gold / Classic Pro

I buy Locus map Gold. It do not work well. Very slow, map is jumpping etc. I can not use that?
Old Classic or Pro has been working well many years I need to reinstall that old model?
If you do not get Gold order working same level like old Classic Pro, you need return my order and payment of Locus Map Gold?
The same problem 
New LM is very slow. Zoom take over 5 sec and everything is slow. At same map go black and can start jumping unclear. Same in Samsung S20, Samsung Tablet and Ulephone android and in all of them old LM Classic is working fine. Has been happy with LM over 5 years. I buy new LM with all maps but can not use it for navication or guiding enduro riding. Please solve problem or I need return order of new LM.

Habe mir ein neues Carpe Iter und Locus Map4, Gold, gekauft und habe nur Probleme damit. Totalausfälle und dzt läd es während der Navigation keine Karten! Mit dem Controller lässt es sich auch nicht steuern!

Controller: Do you have a new phone ? Or does the controller work with the old Locus LM3 ?
The controller may be on the phone. With me, the phone was switched from Android 11 to 12 and since then the controller no longer works. But it is not because of Locus. The signals are no longer processed by Android.
