Problems copying images to PC

Hello,
I want to copy just the images I made with the app.
When I select the jpg files in the media folder and put them in another folder on the PC, it does not work. Viewing the images is also not possible. The PC shows that the file type (jpg.) is not supported. But actually it does.
The export of GEX Data out of the app to an other folder on the phone is possible.
What could be the problem?

That sounds more like an android issue, you dont mention method of file transfer
if its mtp by plugging phone in to pc, that could explain it
as a test, email the photo to yourself.
