No historical route on the live tracking web, only current position

Hello. In the live tracking web is visible only the current position, There is no route for the last 10min.
The same problem 
Hi, I've tested it on both LM 4 and LM Classic and all is fine...
- is the user you are tracking, moving?
- do you have a proper internet connection?
- check your system tray if the livetrsacking is properly running. The first number next to your LT name counts successfully transferred locations, the next one is the unsuccessful ones

I'm trying to track myself on second phone.
I see only current posistion, not any historical route points.
I setup also my account on different phone and i have also same problem.
Im working in IT, so i'm sure that everthing about basic setup is fine on my side.
I have gold subscr.
Checked also on laptop and i dont see history.
Livetracking points are fine also. Only green,not any red points.
Im using live tracking from web browser page.
As my intention is to be tracked by webpage by person who dont have locus app and account.

Im using now live tracking from Garmin device and it works perfectly( anyone can see whole path since you started trip and 1hour after stop trip). And im looking something similar on android device.
But locus says that it also is working, but not for me.

My Live Tracking "Refresh location after" is the maximum of 5 minutes. I have "Length of displayed motion history" set to max. 15 minutes. But I've never seen a live track joining 2 or 3 points (should I?), although not too concerned.
BTW "Gynta" is the nickname of a long standing Locus user who contributed much to forums in earlier years.
