Backup to Google Drive doesn't work

Dear Locus Map
I got a new device from samsung S7. Then I tried to make a backup to google drive from all my other devices in order to import it into the new device.
I've seen that none of my devices are able to make that backup. I tried also to logoff from google drive but doesn't help.
What could that be?

Do you have the latest version ?
Do they use LM3 or LM4.
Have they re-logged into the Google Drive app or the login in Locus to Google drive.

Yes I have the latest version LM Classic V 3.62.1 on all my devices
Login in Locus to Google Drive. BTW after login it comes not back to locus until I went back but after that the google drive is visible.

I am sorry, but we are unable to simulate this issue.
In similar issues helped restart of the device and it could help if you have a Google Chrome installed.
