OpenStreetMap Notes: Report Notes without Login
Solved
In general it's possible to report OpenStreetMap Notes even if somebody has no OSM-account, or is not logged in. Also Locus offers this possibility - but it's not working. After reporting a note being not logged in, the note doesn't appear in OSM.
