Locus Map classic :
Tous mes parcours ont disparu(97). C'est déjà la 3ème fois. Je vous en supplie, aidez-moi. Comment éviter cette perte dommageable et comment récupérer mes parcours
The same problem 
It's on her phone. The phone deletes files. It thinks you don't need them anymore. You need to turn off all the functions to clean up data. I don't let my phone decide what I need and what I don't need. I decide that on my own.
Additionally, I would make a regular backup.

Maybe your phone has the files in a recycle bin and you can save them there. Or in a manufacturer cloud.
