Synchronisation LocusMap App with LocusMap Web

Hi,


I use LocusMap 4 Gold (Version 4.11.1)on a smartphone Samsung Galaxy S 9. I am located in Germany. I have paid in Google Play Store with Credit Card.

I am not successfull to login on the PC in locusmap web.


I learned, that i have to use my E-Mail-address from Google Play Store, where i have paid LocusMap Gold.

If i click on "Anmelden" and type my E-Mail-Address (@gmail.com) and my Gmail Password appears the text "Leider ist etwas schief gegangen. Bitte versuche es später noch einmal."

Sometimes appears alternative "Falsches Passwort oder Nutzer ohne Passwort".

I have tested it with Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Opera on two different PC. Nothing works.


My "normal" E-Mail is a gmx.de - Account. Also with this E-Mail-Adress doesn't work


I have no special antivirus programm installed. I work with the windows "Viren- und Bedrohungsschutz"


How can I login in locusmap web? What do i wrong?


I would like to synchronise my tracks, stored in the smartphone to the locusmap web. on the PC

You must use the same email and password as in the Locus Map Store in the app.

I have tried to login in locusmap web with my google/playstore data, with which i have paid locus gold.

It appears the information: Falsches Passwort oder Nutzer ohne Passwort.

What have i to do now?

Hello,

you have to use your Locus Store credentials, not Google Play.

Or if you are using login via Google services, then use this method.

I don't know more, how are my full credentials for Locus Store.


In (german) Locus-Konto appears my Standard-E-Mail-Adress ....@gmx.de

How can i reset the Password?

Hello,

your password was reset. Now you should receive the email with instructions on how to create new.

Then use these credentials in the Locus store in the app and in the Web planner.

Today, Thurday 6. September 20:40 hour, I have tried to use the link in the e-mail. I received the following information:

Try resetting your password again. Your request to reset your password has expired or the link has already been used.


Please send me a new link to my e-mail-adress erwin.heinzelmann@gmx.de

How much time have i to use the link?
