Synchronisation LocusMap App with LocusMap Web
Hi,
I use LocusMap 4 Gold (Version 4.11.1)on a smartphone Samsung Galaxy S 9. I am located in Germany. I have paid in Google Play Store with Credit Card.
I am not successfull to login on the PC in locusmap web.
I learned, that i have to use my E-Mail-address from Google Play Store, where i have paid LocusMap Gold.
If i click on "Anmelden" and type my E-Mail-Address (@gmail.com) and my Gmail Password appears the text "Leider ist etwas schief gegangen. Bitte versuche es später noch einmal."
Sometimes appears alternative "Falsches Passwort oder Nutzer ohne Passwort".
I have tested it with Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Opera on two different PC. Nothing works.
My "normal" E-Mail is a gmx.de - Account. Also with this E-Mail-Adress doesn't work
I have no special antivirus programm installed. I work with the windows "Viren- und Bedrohungsschutz"
How can I login in locusmap web? What do i wrong?
I would like to synchronise my tracks, stored in the smartphone to the locusmap web. on the PC
