Backup under Mobile Data ?

I had 2 times about 700 MB mobile data usage.That day was also an automatic backup to the cloud.
Therefore I suspect it was the backup. Since then I have not had this. Has something changed here. How can I set so that the backup only takes place under WLAN.

Under settings/miscellaneous/ Import-export (wifi only) but I do not know if that cuts off all data transport over mobile data.
Because the for example live-position sharing would not function and I use that sometimes.

I thought this setting is responsible for importing and exporting tracks ?
If this setting is only used for backup, it should be named accordingly.

This is what the manual says:
Import & exportWifi-only uploadControl if you want to spend your mobile data on uploading maps, backups etc.
Anyway, my backup is 113 Mb so 700 seems quite big but you can check the size through a file manager.

I have turned it on now. Import and export of tracks still works. So it is only locked for maps and backup.
Or is it active from a certain file size ?
