Improving the top navigation bar

The top bar in navigation consists of two lines.
While driving, the information displayed in them is not very visible due to the font being too small (not everyone has an eagle eye), and on sunny days it is even worse.
I suggest that the user should be able to enlarge this font (maybe by a maximum of 3 points) for these lines.
The first line displays the name of the street, in the case of Poland mainly information - "Unknown street" is displayed.
I propose to enrich the information (and there is enough space in this line) with the city (very important when you are in a foreign area), i.e. the mask would be as follows: {city [district]}, {street name},
you can go even further: {country} {town [district]}, {street name}.
Example: PL, Bielsko-Biała, ul. Cicha
