Trouble with gold subscription renewal

I've been using the gold subscription on a Samsung Android which was due to expire (and auto renew through Google play) on 15/12/22.

It's the 16th here in NZ and the app has reverted to basic. I've tried to over ride the auto payment option and pay manually but it just keeps saying something like 'your already subscribed and your subscription will renew on the 15th' not sure if the is because its still the 15th for a lot of the world but I can't find a way to get this to work. There is a log out option but it says something about losing maps so i haven't tried loging in out and in. I'm out in the bush at the moment and only have very patchy reception.

Issue resolved. Payment went through at around 10am NZDT 16/12/22


But I'm still interested in where this issue came from, if I'd not found reception again I would have been stuck on the basic version without the hight data/planning services for over a week in the bush
