Since a few days ago, automatic backup from Locus Map 4 to dropbox is not working.
And there is no backup even manually.
So I tried to connect directly from Locus Map 4 to dropbox, but I couldn't connect.
The captured picture is the error picture that appears when manually backing up to dropbox.

I am sorry, but I can't simulate this issue.

Please can you try logout/login and try it again?

You can log out in the folder setting in the backup manager:

Dropbox can't try to login/logout
Instead, Google Drive and OneDrive can log in/log out, but cannot do automatic and manual backups.

Hello, please, why can't you try Logout from Dropbox? If the Dropbox connection is broken, then we need to try to refresh it.
Or if Google/OneDrive login works, try to set the backup there.

Do you have the latest version of the app?

Did you use dropbox previously, or is it the first attempt to use it in Locus?

When did the error begin? Was there any Android update or something out of Locus?

You should not make a video of the error but of logging out from Dropbox.
When the error message is there top right on 3-dot menu.

I can't read what's written there. if unsubscribing doesn't work you could try this. delete dropbox account on android. after that go to locus again. and then log in again.

Hallo, ich habe in der aktuellen Version 4.13 auch ein Problem mit der "automatischen und Komplettsicherung". Beide brechen mit einem Fehler ab.

Hi,

I got the same Problem with automatic backup to Google drive. Already logged out and in again, but that doesn't help.

I do backups every five days and the last saved backup is from December 11th.

Locus 4.13.1 Gold


Update: Dropbox is not working either. And also if I deactivate cloud backup, I get the same error. 19 GB free space on my device available.

Might that have something to do with maps I bought at the locus store? (Ordance Survey)

we have found a marginal error and in some cases, the backup really doesn't work.

After the today update manual backup works fine again. I've got to wait for the automatic routine, but I have no doubt it'll work.

Thx for the great job.

Locus is my most favourite app.
