As all the threads i found about locoins without google play store are more than 4 years old,
i dare to open another one here...
I'm using a android device without google playstore,
so I'm not able to use any in-app purchase related transactions.
I noticed there is a possibility to enter vouchercodes to gain LoCoins in the app.
(like the gold / silver premiem voucher)
Where can i buy those locoin vouchers?

we have just launched the option to directly purchase a Premium license for LM4, without the need for Google Play.
We still need some time to make LoCoin purchases available, but it is planned for early next year.
