map data loss

What does "lose some map data" exactly mean?

This is the weirdest thing I ever saw from Locus. We need to leave that to Locus support (who may have a break around Xmas),

Hi, Mr. Kondler,

all my tracks trasferred from the computer  are opened on the phone in the same way (with some white spaces  into the maps, such as the screenshot I send you)

And step by step I make this process:

 I open LOCUS map web

I draw my track/route

I save it on my bookshelf

then export as GPX and the program asks “how do you want open it”?

I open it with "GPX viewer & recorder" and at this moment is possible to open the route also on my phone with Locus Map, but the file shows always  empty spaces 

Instead, if   I draw  the route directly on the phone  (but it is more difficult cause the size of the screen!)  all this didn't happens.

I bought and payied Locus premium GOLD  exactely for  drawing my routes on a screen bigger than that of the phone !

I  changed the settings on my phone such as your instructions and as the attached screenshot but unfortunately it doesn't work!

At the end (to be sure about a good  finally solution)  could you send me all the correct setting ????  Or do you have another solution ??

What is the BASE map you are using? Did you try a vanilla vector map for that, no overlays, just vector?

on my  computer I use locus map beta, on my smartphone I use locus map/italy north

Please find attached a gpx that causes the error. Actually every gpx shared from PC to android phone has some blank white areas in the map.
