Cloud Sync fail with setCheckedIconSizeResource 14117

This is quite a problem as I was trying to sync recently created data from one device to another. The device is an Android 8 tablet with LM Gold 4.13.2, although because Cloud Sync was working yesterday I don't believe this is a factor. I tried disabling/ re-enabling Wifi a few times.

PS. now the sync works. You can delete this topic although what would setCheckedIconSizeResource with code 14117 mean?

Hello Andrew,

interesting problem and sorry for that!

Mentioned error 14117 informs that app is not (yet) fully initialized. It is a safety mechanism that should not happen. If you find steps to reproduce this, it will be really welcome.

Thanks Menion. I've reported a few different error codes in the year(s); or maybe it's been the same one, I don't recall & don't have records. I'm pretty sure the tablet was "stable" at the time i.e. Wifi had been enabled for a long time. Maybe Data Saving mode was related. I doubt I'll be able to reproduce it though. Not to worry - I'm too reliant on Cloud Sync these days - great feature.

Hmm, how this happens? Maybe the app was moved to the background for some time, and this screen was the last visible? So after restoration, the rest of the application was terminated and only this screen was restored. Is it possible?

I don't think so. I could tap the Back button & able to sync on next attempt. This suggests the app wasn't terminated. Maybe most users have auto-sync rather than manual, and so don't notice or report similar issues. I don't think there is anything special about my use/ settings/ device/ situation. And it's not of any real concern.

An unnecessary or confusing message?

Cloud Sync > dot-dot-dot > Advanced > Compute sync plan > Back: Whoops deN code 10601

Thanks Andrew, I've improved this. Also improved a little readability of the computed plan...
