Cannot download OutdoorActive map

I've tried several times , at first it stopped at 39 % , later at 40 %... More than I week I keep trying , I'll need it from saturday . thanks , Tony

I also had a similar problem. For me it took about 5 hours to download the map (outdooractive). Something is wrong with the download of these cards.

I suspect this is due to the manufacturer of the cards. Maybe contact the manufacturer.

Hello Petr ! It was Regen Winter map . We're going tomorrow there for cross-country skiing , so I bought it for 200 LoCoins but couldn't download it yet . Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for the title of the map. There is indeed a problem with one part of the Regen map. We have contacted Outdooractive support to check it out (the map is downloaded from the Outdooractive map server). I have also refunded 200 LoCoins for this map. I will keep you informed of further progress
