Quick access to information on progress along track in LM 4

While navigating along a predefined track, I often want to check where I stand from begin or from end, and the remaining/achieved elevation. I can get this information by clicking on the track and then on the 'point' icon at the bottom (2 steps).
If I remember well, LM Classic was offering this information simply by clicking on the track. Or did I miss something ?

Hi Gergy,

no, in LMClassic it is also a 2-step feature but without the elevation gain:

Thanks, Michal, but what I miss is this (one-click) information:

Maybe mentioning 'navigating' was misleading. I am not using the navigation, just checking regularly my position on the track.

With LM4 you need 2 clicks. But it is not bad one click more.

Yes, just tapping a track in LMC without navigation displays a popup with the distance to start and end.

And you confirm that the same information requires 2 clicks in LM 4, right ?
No workaround, maybe with a dashboard ?

Correct, LM4 needs two taps, no workaround.

thxs. I never realized it was there and missig it. On lly phone, On a recorded track, need to click on track to select it, then click on point if different, then on the small 'i' icon so not sure what you mean with '2 clicks' but anyway it works for me :-)
