Configure panel button to open pdf files

Hi guys, is there the possibility to add a panel button that directly opens a pdf file or a url? I would like it to direct to some specific guides on maps colors and themes. There's possibility to point to apps but how to point specific files?

unfortunately, this is not possible directly from the app.
