Map disappeared

Solved

While I was using the app on Sunday the map suddenly disappeared (everything blank, with just the old registered routes and the grid) at first I thought it was a problem connected to the lack of signal. However, still today the problem is not solved yet, also if I'm online.

Hello,

you have downloaded the map updates, right?

There were some issues in the lastly generated maps.

Please delete the maps and download them again, it should be fixed now.

I should delete the app and download that again? (If so the routes will remain saved?) If not how am I supposed to do so? I never downloaded any map, just updated the app.

Hello,

no APP only MAPS :-)

If you are offline and using maps, then you had to download some offline maps before.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the map detail you are using and which is empty?

"Map manager > Three dots near the map you are using > Details". It should look like this:

I haven't downloaded any offline map TBH. The entire map (all world) is empty also in the online version.

Hello,

please, try this:

  • Center your position
  • Zoom to the scale of approx. 1km
  • switch to a different online map (OSM Other > OSM Classic e.g.)

Let me know if you see the difference and send me screenshots.
